The Principal leading The Signature Group is Eric Holloway. Each individual business has its own management group.
Eric Holloway founded Signature Furniture Services in 1998, a full service office furniture installation company specializing in the installation, reconfiguration, storage and moving of office furniture. As an adjunct to the furniture installation business, Signature Construction & Design was founded in 1999 to perform residential and commercial construction.
In 2002, Eric partnered with Jesse Reeves to found Sales Solutions, an executive search/ head hunting business engaged in the placement of professionals in legal (attorney and support), financial services (primarily trust services), IT, and food/consumer products manufacturing which through acquisition today trades as Impact Search and Network Search. Prior to owning Signature Furniture Services, Eric was the third generation owner of Holloway Bros Tools Inc, a wholesale distributor of supplies to construction and industry concentrating on the Mid-Atlantic States. Eric sold the business to MSC (New York Stock Exchange Ticker Symbol: MSM) in 1998.
Eric attended Hamilton College in New York majoring in Economics and Texas A&M University in Texas majoring in Industrial Distribution. He lives in Westover Hills with his wife Monique and two children.
Dan Holloway joined Signature Construction & Design as a partner in 2001 to focus on the sales and marketing aspects of the business.
Dan had over 23 years of sales and marketing experience in the medical supplies field before retiring. Dan is married to Cynthia Hewitt and resides in Yorklyn, Delaware.
Having undergone many construction projects including the custom building of his own home, Dan understands the frustrations a homeowner can experience during the construction process and considers himself the customer advocate throughout any construction project.
Jesse Reeves has spent 23 years in the recruitment industry. He spent the first eleven years of his career at Day & Zimmermann’s largest business unit, H.L. Yoh Company. Jesse started there as a recruiter and within five years was asked to start a division for them, Yoh Scientific. Jesse took the company nationally and by the turn of the century, Yoh Scientific had become a national brand in scientific and clinical placements. Mr. Reeves obtained the title of Vice President within a $500 Million division of Day & Zimmermann, a $2 Billion privately held company.
Mr. Reeves then left in 1999 to start his own business, Sales Solutions, focusing on sales and marketing placements within biotech ,pharmaceutical, and technology industries on both direct hire and contract to hire basis. In 2004, Jesse bought an executive search firm, IMPACT Search, which focused on IT, pharmaceutical, legal, and consumer products. That business provided Mr. Reeves a national footprint, with offices in Wilmington, Philadelphia, and Orange, CA. The business was renamed Sales Solutions and IMPACT Search, LLC.
In 2010, Mr. Reeves bought The Network Group, a 40 year old search firm specializing in IT, financial services, legal support, and sales. The business is now called Network Search and its focus will be IT, life sciences, financial services, and legal support. Network Search is a division of Sales Solutions and IMPACT Search, LLC.
Matthew Terrell is Partner in The Signature Group, Founder of Vision Creations and Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Delaware. He is passionate about creating new ideas and connecting resources to pursue opportunities.
Matt's role at the Signature Group is business development for all of the portfolio companies. His high energy and unique approach of solving client needs and connecting people generates growth at The Signature Group. He believes in exceeding client expectations for all of the Signature Companies.
Matt's community service ranges from Leadership Delaware Fellow '10, Founding Board Member of the Delaware Community Foundation Next Generation Board, Board Member of the Delaware Community Foundation Grants Committee and teaching both Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship and Junior Achievement.
Matt is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in the Dominican Republic Small Business Development, he has a Master's in Education and studied Entrepreneurship at Babson College. He lives in Wilmington, DE with his wife and their two daughters.
